1. Warranty period

 We work tirelessly to ensure that each of our products leaves our warehouses without the slightest defect. If you unfortunately notice a manufacturing defect, we will do everything we can to rectify the situation.

2. Disclaimers (This warranty does not cover the following):

  • Products whose original serial numbers have been removed, altered, or cannot be readily determined.
  • Damage caused by shipping and handling, including scratches, dents, chips and/or any damage to the exterior of your product.
  • Damage or failure caused by incorrect electrical current or voltage, fluctuations or power surges.
  • Uses and uses for which this product was not intended.
  • Damage or failure caused by products or equipment not supplied by Donner.
  • Accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, misapplication, fire, water, lightning, or other acts of nature.
  • Damage caused by perspiration, corrosive air or other external reasons (such as extreme temperatures or humidity).
  • Costs associated with making the appliance accessible for repair, such as removal of trim, cabinets, shelves, etc., that are not part of the appliance when shipped from the factory.
  • Service calls to repair or replace bulbs, batteries, cords, other consumables, or knobs, handles, or other cosmetic parts of the appliance.
  • Additional charges, including but not limited to after-hours, weekend or holiday service calls, tolls, ferry crossing fees, or mileage charges for calls service in remote areas.
  • Damage or failure caused by improper or faulty installation, alteration or modification of the product.
  • Damage or failure caused by: parts, supplies, accessories or equipment not supplied by Donner; services performed by unauthorized service companies.
  • If this product is sent as a gift by Donner or an organization authorized by Donner, this product will not qualify for warranty.

 

3. Freight costs

  • If the product is under warranty and has not been damaged by the user, Donner will bear the transport costs of 10 euros (or equivalent in another currency) incurred during the repair period.
  • If the product is out of warranty, the user will be responsible for transportation costs incurred during the repair period.
  • If the product is under warranty but has no defects, the customer will be responsible for transportation costs incurred during the repair period.

 

4. Return and Exchange Policy

  • For products eligible for the return and exchange policy, before making the return or exchange, the user may consult the online or offline consultation channels authorized by Donner; during the return or exchange process, the user must pack the product in its original packaging, attach the reason for the return or exchange, and then send it to the address specified for the return or exchange. 'exchange.
  • For products that are still under warranty but exceed 30 days and meet repair conditions, if confirmed by a Donner Authorized Service Center that they cannot be repaired, an unconditional exchange may be made.
  • For products out of warranty or not eligible for repair, it is possible to obtain a new Donner product after a depreciated value deduction, and the user will have to pay the difference at the service center or at the point of return or exchange appointed.
