Warranty Policy

We work tirelessly to ensure that each of our products leaves our warehouses without the slightest defect. If you unfortunately notice a manufacturing defect, we will do everything we can to rectify the situation. If you encounter such a problem after the 30-day warranty applied to all products, after analysis and confirmation by our Donner team, you will be eligible for maintenance service. This warranty does not cover:

(a) Damage, deterioration, malfunction resulting from accident, negligence, misuse, abuse, or any other installation or operation that does not comply with the instructions in the product-specific user manual; damage occurring during delivery transport (any complaint must be addressed to the carrier); repairs or attempted repairs from a department other than Donner, or by any department other than those assigned by Donner.

(b) To any product or component that has been modified or on which the serial number has been altered, modified, or erased;

(c) Normal wear and tear, battery change and any periodic maintenance;

(d) Damage caused by perspiration, corrosive atmosphere, or any other external reason such as temperature or humidity.

(e) To damage caused by an electrical surge or any other anomaly related to the electrical power supply or any other abnormal or unknown external source.

(f) RFI/EMI (Electromagnetic Interference - Radio Interference - Noise) caused by improper grounding or misuse of any certified or uncertified equipment, if applicable. Any evidence of alteration, deletion or falsification of proof of purchase document will void this warranty. This warranty only covers the ultimate owner of the purchase, or authorized renter.

1.Product with quality problem Donnerfr.com bears the return costs (up to 9€). Contact our after-sales service to begin the return procedure. A prepaid return label will be provided to you, print it out and use it for any product returns to Donner.

2.Product without quality problem Return shipping cost will be paid by buyer if the product has no manufacturing defects. These shipping costs are non-refundable.

Delivery time may vary depending on your location.

If you send a product with a value exceeding €40, it is advisable to use a service that gives you the benefit of the traceability of your shipment, or the purchase of shipping insurance. We do not take warranty responsibility to receive your product.
