What are the delivery times?

Order preparation usually takes 24 hours. After the package has been sent, it will take about 3-5 working days to be delivered to you. 
Due to the special context of the COVID-19 pandemic, global transport resources have been reduced, which could cause delays in your order. Your order may be delayed 4-6 days in the process and a few days in the delivery transport, which depends on the transport company in particular. Thank you for your understanding and your patience.

How can I track my package ?

You will be notified by e-mail of the tracking information within 24 hours (working day) when your order has been sent. 
If you do not receive an email, or there are no updates on the tracking page within 2-3 business days of submission, please contact us for more information.

What countries do you ship to?

We deliver to France (Except Corsica.), Italy, Germany and Spain. (Customers from other European countries can contact customer service for more information. 

How much are the delivery costs?

Our delivery is free on all our products.

Why was my package returned?

There are several possible reasons for this:
1) Incorrect or incomplete address
2) Invalid phone number
3) Impossibility to deliver

Why is my package showing as delivered when I haven't received anything yet?

In most cases, your package may already be in your mailbox, or your neighbors have signed for it. We advise you to check your mailbox and check with your neighbors first. Or you can go directly to check with the carrier with your tracking number and your identity papers.

I still haven't received my package. Where is my order ?

The estimated delivery time of your package includes the order processing time as well as the delivery time, we kindly ask you to be patient until the estimated date expires. For more information, please see the Delivery Information page. 
You will be able to follow the progress of the delivery thanks to the tracking service. 
If the estimated delivery date has passed and you still have not received your package, please contact our Customer Service for assistance.
